Are Your Muscles In A Tug Of War With Each Other?

See below diagram to further understand what muscle imbalances do to the structure of the body.

Normal, healthy back curves          Twisted, compressed back
Prone to pain-free movement      Prone to chronic pain & arthritis

Normal Spinal Curves                     Abnormal Spinal Curves

Well Balanced Structure               Twisted, High Pressure Structure

Flexible, ease of motion                Rigidity, stiffness and fatique

As you can imagine, it doesn't take long before this results in pain. It's very important to understand though, that these dysfunctions don't just appear out of nowhere – we create them!

Physical dysfunctions develop over time and are the direct result of imbalances between various muscle groups, what we call "muscle imbalances".

Did you know that while you may feel pain in your back, the actual cause of the pain could be the front of your thighs?

For example, an imbalance between the muscles of the thighs & shoulder blades can pull your pelvis and neck out of position and this dysfunction can quickly cause all sorts of pressure problems in your system.  That's right, headaches, dizziness, neck problems and even fatique.

The reason our approach works so well is because it's based on basic & applied principles of human anatomy and body mechanics, which are almost always overlooked and ignored by the mainstream medical community and even many in the natural healing arts. In my opinion, there is no other treatment available that makes as much sense to eradicate headaches; while there are many treatments which can help with pain, in general, they don't deal with underlying muscle imbalances, which 9 out of 10 times is the real issue. These imbalances frequently lead to chronic pain, deterioration of the joints, muscles and nerves and possibly a dependency on dangerous medications.

The most common reasons for having ongoing headache issues is because your body and spine have been pulled out of their normal position of balance and symmetry into what we call dysfunctions.

If you are like most people, you move around and live your life without ever being aware that you are forcing your body to work with these ongoing dysfunctions; sooner or later your body breaks down due to the wear/tear process. Headache pain can be devastating to your lifestyle, however, it is a symptom of an underlying problem.
